These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DeskHavn’s websites, bookings, and physical locations. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Bookings and Memberships
Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Memberships renew monthly unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Access hours and amenities may vary by location, as stated in the product description.
3. Acceptable Use
- Respect quiet-hours and be considerate of others.
- No hazardous materials, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior.
- Do not tamper with infrastructure or security systems.
4. Payments and Fees
We use third‑party processors for payments. Applicable taxes will be added where required. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Day passes: refundable up to 24 hours before start time. Meeting rooms and private offices: refundable up to 48 hours before start time. Memberships are non‑refundable for the current term.
6. Safety and Security
We may use CCTV in shared areas for safety. Emergency exits and procedures are posted at each location. Follow staff instructions during incidents.
7. Property
You are responsible for your personal property. We are not liable for loss or theft except as required by law. Lockers are available at select locations.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskHavn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
